Lemony Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 I am in the uk and to have the fish oil shipped to me that is recommended in the whole 30 book is $58 just for the shipping so basically the same cost as the product. missmary Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 Keep in mind that DHA supplementation can be tapered off as your diet improves. Many people do well with food-sources of DHA when they eliminate the imbalances of the Standard American Diet--as long as they make an effort to include fatty fish on a regular basis, of course.
