_mandacell
I am a full time working momma of two boy, age 15 months and 3 years. I plan on starting my first Whole30 right after Christmas. I am having trouble figuring out how to fit only 3 meals in a day into my Monday-Friday Schedule. There is a free gym at my job and my 30 min lunch is the only time I have to workout so I go 4-5 days a week. I have been splitting my lunch up between 2 shorter breaks with my workout in the middle. I'm not sure if I should stop working out during the Whole30 to accommodate 3 square meals or continue with my "2 small lunches" but focus on certain macros for each meal. leahcarn
I also work out in my lunch break, and I tend to eat a pre-workout meal of a boiled egg, then have my proper lunch when I'm done. I use my lunch time to do faster interval-style workouts, giving me more time to eat
_mandacell
My lunch break is usually at 1:15 or 1:30. I only have enough time to work out and then my next 15 min break is at 3:45. (I cannot eat at my desk.) But I usually don't eat dinner till 8:30 so the timing should be ok.
pjena
I don't think there's anything wrong with planning 4 meals for now. See how it goes. Just make sure they're template and not snacky and you're good. Good luck!
