Having a reaction to a whole30 approved meal I've eaten before.

I've just finished a salad with spinach/spring mix, carrot shreds, avocado, 3 (small) Asian meatballs (from nom nom paleo), grape tomatoes, a few toasted pecans & citrus vinegarette (homemade for compliant purposes of course). I've had it before during my whole 30 with some shredded chicken being the only difference- and tolerated it well. I now seem to be having some kind of reaction- slight headache, almost dizzy, upset stomach & overall malaise that kicked in shortly after eating. What gives!? I'm on day 21 and have not had this happen to date.

Thanks for any help, thoughts or suggestions.
