doughty_m
Good morning, I have been thinking about starting my first W30 on Jan 1, after all the holidays are done. Then I started thinking about what I eat during the holidays that I would be unwilling to give up and could only come up with one dish. It's a traditional dish usually made with potato, chicken, onions, salt and pork fat. Since I don't have have access to the machine I would need where I live, I use grated cassava instead of potato. If I used pork fat or ghee as my fat, this recipe would actually be W30 compliant, or am I missing something?

GFChris
You can also use the potato. Potatoes are Whole30 compliant.
