Found a liquid that is suspended in "medium chain triglyceride oil (coconut and palm source)". Those oils look ok, but the strange name for them scares me. Any thoughts? For future reference, if you google Whole30 + whatever you're searching for, most things have been addressed somewhere in the forum before.
