ambnille07
Hi! I'm almost to the end of Day 2 of my first Whole30. Or so I thought I was... Tonight after a day of staring down chocolate and having to conciously make myself say no, I realized that my calming herbal tea I bought FOR THIS has stevia listed as the verrry last ingredient. I must have missed it on the label in the grocery store. I want to cry and scream over this. I had a cup last night without realizing it - does this mean I'm back at Day 1? Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 3, 2015 Administrators Share Posted January 3, 2015 Oh, that sucks! Accidental sweeteners aren't a cause for an immediate restart such as wheat, soy or dairy would be as it's not a gut or hormone disruptor. You can read this article to determine for yourself if you should start over. Since you are so close to the beginning, could you just add two days to the end to ensure 30 fully compliant days? For some folks that's easier than doing Day One over again. http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/
ambnille07
Okay -- I bought some Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea. Ingredients: Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds. Would this be compliant?
