Ok I started on New Years day. It's been okay so far but I feel the sugar demons on day four. I assume this is normal.

Hi Anthony, check out The Timeline which shows you approximately what you can expect at particular stages of your Whole30. Sugar demon/sugar cravings are very common. The best thing you can do is NOT prop them up in any way including fruit. If you absolutely have to eat, make it a mini meal including at least protein and fat.
