Brewer5 Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 3 lbs. ground meat 3 onions, diced 2 T olive oil 28-oz can crushed tomatoes 6 oz. tomato paste 1 3/4 cup water 2 T chili powder 2 T cumin 1 t oregano 2 t salt 1 t allspice If we use turkey, we cook the meat with onions and drain it.
