Hopinglily
I am on Day 17 of my first Whole 30. What got me started on the program was the great discomfort I have been in for months. I just learned yesterday that I have stomach ulcers. I have been completely pain free since starting Whole 30 so I have no intention of quitting, but I am wondering how the Whole 30 and ulcers get along together. Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 21, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 21, 2015 There is an excellent chance that your ulcers were made worse by foods that you were eating and that you will heal rapidly during a Whole30.

Hopinglily
Thank you for the responses. My "gut", no pun intended, was telling me to stay the course but it is reassuring to get positive feedback.
gratitude
Hi Hopinglily. Has Whole 30 worked for your ulcers? I have gastritis and am a little fearful of fat/protein. I was trained in the high carb/low fat school of gastritis/ulcer treatment. thank you
