Constipated the first week....help!

Okay.  Thank you.


Today I had:

Breakfast:  Prosciutto egg cups (prosciutto, eggs, spinach, tomatoes, onions) and a cup of coffee (with a little coconut milk)

Snack:  grapefruit

Lunch:  Kale, Mixed greens, baby cucumbers salad with baked chicken and lemon juice/olive oil/salt dressing

snack:  handful of cashews

dinner:  crockpot chicken and veggies


Yesterday I had:

Breakfast:  two scrambled eggs with kale, tomatoes and onions with 1 cup of coffee and little coconut milk. 

Lunch:  pulled pork and broccoli

Snack:  orange

Dinner:  baked chicken thighs with sweet potato mash and tomato/avocado/cucumber salad



This is my log for today and yesterday.

Try taking out the raw vegetables and cooking all your vegetables instead.  Might want to drop the nuts as well.


The recommended snack is a mini-meal of protein, vegetables and fat.  Try that instead of the fruit or nuts. Save your fruit to have with or immediately after your main meals only.
