Coconut nectar

Recommended Posts

On my 27th day of my first Whole30. I want to keep eating this way as closely as possible, but know I will have occasional "strays" after the 30 days. I found coconut nectar at Whole Foods today and was wondering if it goes along with the whole 9 philosophy to replace sugar in hot tea or for other uses?

The Whole9 philosophy is to enjoy the natural sweetness of whatever you are eating or accept that you may not like that food after all. :)

Coconut nectar/sugar is sugar just as plainly as the stuff that comes in packets in cafes. It is no better or worse than any other sugar.
