I read, I searched, I didn't find an answer. Creatine Monohydrate?

The fiance and I will be starting right after labor day and while we have been eating mostly paleo for the past several months I still like to drink, have protein powder and the occasional sweets. Anyway that will all be gone but one thing I'm not to keen on giving up is creatine. It helps pre, during and post work out and I'd like to keep using it. Since it's made by the body naturally is this ok? Thoughts?
