m7crawford
Hello, I am starting the whole 30 program tomorrow. Any tips for new people?? I feel like I will run out of ideas/recipes for meals and just be eating a lot of the same things. Where can I find good recipes that follow the program?? Thanks
Mamatutu
I suggest you have a good long read on this forum, there's a recipe forum for ideas and links http://forum.whole9life.com/forum/32-cooking/ Just be aware that Google searching Whole30 recipes may not take you to approved Whole30 compliant ideas. m7crawford
Thank you. I have found that searching for recipes elsewhere are not following this specific program. I will look there.
Rebe_J
In addition to the meal planning ideas on these forums, I recommend the two books by Mellissa Joulwan, Well Fed, and Well Fed2. She shows how to prep a lot of elements that can be combined mix-n-match-style for endless variety. Looking back, I ate a lot of the same (SAD) foods before W30. Now I have Variations on a Theme. I may eat a lot of chicken tenderloins or meatballs, but the seasonings and the accompanying dishes change.
