speedpro50
Here are the allergy information charts for the restaurant: https://www.dickeys.com/docs/2014_Allergen-Information-Chart.pdf The turkey, chicken breast, and baked potato look clean, but I want to finish strong (on day 19 here). Any thoughts?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted March 20, 2015 Administrators Share Posted March 20, 2015 This is only an allergen chart, it doesn't give you an ingredients list so it is impossible to say if there are other things added that would make it non compliant such as sugars or carrageenan or sulphites. Sorry.
Munkers
The asterisk next to the chicken breast denotes a fried item. So even though it's not breaded, it's still deep-fried which is a no-go AND it's fried in a shared oil meaning you're going to be exposed to gluten and any other allergen that goes in the fryer. Sugar is pretty rampant when it comes to BBQ so I'd do some digging about how they marinate the turkey, what's in the rub, etc.
speedpro50
Yes, that is right on the chicken breast. Thanks for pointing that out. I was most interested in the turkey either way. Thanks for the suggestions.
