Hey there!  Happy Day 30!!  You sound like you've been doing well with the eating and yoga.   Scale numbers are annoying in how they can affect our self-esteem.  I've been cheating on that part of the plan, every once in a while stepping on.  Even though I say i'm not that concerned, a little tiny piece of me will either do a happy-dance or cringe according to the number.  Nasty thing!

I'm at work and my co-worker, who is a fit guy in his early to mid-thirties, is yawning every two minutes. I realized that I never yawn anymore. I'm never tired in the morning or have a mid-afternoon slump. It's a nice thing to realize on Day 30! Woot!

D28M1: 3 eggs and turkey chorizo

D28M2: Salad with turkey thigh, kale, cabbage, 1/2 avocado 

D28M3: Steak and coleslaw 

 

D29M1: 3 eggs and 3 bacon

D29M2: Pulled pork and a salad with 1/2 avocado, small sweet potato with coconut oil

D29M3: Sloppy Joe on romaine with coleslaw

 

D30M1: Sloppy Joe meat with zucchini, spinach and 2 eggs

D30M2: Pulled pork and a salad with 1/2 avocado (forgot my sweet potato, so I had it with dinner)

D30M3: Sloppy Joe on romaine, cucumber and tomato with a creamy dressing, small sweet potato with coconut oil

 

Day 30! Woohoo! I was really hungry today and ate a lot.
