On slipping up and starting over

Corn. I didn't realize it was off the list. It's not like I ate a whole cob...but maybe a few kernels in a mix steamed vegetable side dish I had a resteraunt last night.

 

This gets to my real question: what qualifies as a slip-up worthy of starting over?

how many days in are you, and does it boher you significantly to start over? If you are 28 days in and had 3 kernels of corn... I think you are ok. but a week in and you feel like this slip was significant? Maybe worth your while. I screwed up last night and had sunflower seeds butter that has sugar in it. I didn't realize at first... ugh, kind of annoying. I need to be more careful though, so I decided to restart today. The 4 days I got in are still awesome!
