LindsayB Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 Today is day 3 of my whole 30 journey! I've been eating avocado with many of my meals. I might have it with breakfast or dinner. Or two times a day with meals. I always follow the rules and either have a half or a whole avocado. My question is am I having too much avocado? Can I have it with every meal? You might eat 2 in a day every once in a while, but unless you are growing avocados in your yard and need to use them, you should probably explore other fat sources if you eat more than one per day very often.
