Too much fruit?

I attended a birthday party yesterday and brought mixed fruit for myself since I couldn't have cake and also had almonds with me. I ended up staying a lot longer than planned, so when I got hungry I ate a lot of fruit along with a handful of almonds here and there. Today I do not feel well. Almost like a hangover and I'm wondering if it is because of all of the fruit I ate yesterday, or if it's just because I didn't have a proper dinner. Has anyone else had this problem? Any input is appreciated. By the way, I'm on day 22. :)

I'd say it's combination of things - an increase in fructose, the lack of proper food, and an over indulgence in nuts which are hard to digest at the best of times.

It should settle down once you get back to proper template meals.
