Extreme Fatigue

I'm on day 17, and my energy levels have never been lower. I'm eating balanced, complete meals, tons of protein and working out 5 days a week. But I feel like i'm just dragging all day! My work-outs are totally suffering because I can hardly keep my eyes open by the time I get to the gym after work. I'm really hoping this turns around soon, because I had WAY more energy when I was eating gluten! I almost feel like I'm lacking some important vitamin or something. Any ideas?

Absolutely add in the starchy carb...this is about clean eating, not low-carbing. Working out 5 days a week means you will need to make an extra effort to ensure you are fueling your body to keep working hard. You are also right around the 2 week mark, trust the program and keep at it. Things should turn around soon!
