PJ64 Posted June 27, 2015 Share Posted June 27, 2015 I'm starting July 1st!! I will turn 51 on the 22nd. I've been drinking wine every night for a long time! Time for a break/detox! Can't wait to see how much better I feel. Basically eat similar to the whole30 otherwise, but have let a little sugar and some chips sneak in!! Super excited to clean up my act and feel awesome!
