I'm Dean I live in Chester-le-street England, I love whole9 and have been following the website and twitter for a while now. I'm on twitter as DeaNHtiD99. I've done a couple whole 30's now but seem to fall off the wagon afterwords, I'm planning on starting another one tomorrow as I've just had a heavy weekend in Amsterdam, got back this morning. I'm also back to the gym on Wednesday after 2 months of being lazy.
