annamcveigh
Hi everyone, I started the whole30 a week ago! Feeling good already. Wondering, is the idea that you keep going with the same diet once you finish the 30 days?
jmcbn
The idea is that once you complete the 30 days you go through a formal reintroduction process to determine what, if any, foods cause you gastrointesinal (or other) issues. You can of course continue eating in this way if you so wish, but ultimately there will come a time when you will find yourself in a situation where you will want to, need to, or accidentally eat something off plan so it's good to know how those foods will effect you to enable you to make healthy food choices. You have two options:Standard Reintroduction or Slow Roll
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 9, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 9, 2015 If you want to be healthy, you will eat close to the Whole30 plan. However, we do not encourage attempting to do a WholeAlwaysAndForever because it makes people crazy.
