It's pretty unusual to find a multivitamin that doesn't have soy or sugar or something non-compliant in it. Here's a basic Supplement Evaluation Checklist, and of course read all the ingredients, even the inactive ones, to make sure they comply with the Whole30 rules.

If you're eating plenty of vegetables, protein, and fat, you really shouldn't need a multivitamin. If there's a specific vitamin you know you're deficient in, it would be easier to find a compliant version of single vitamins. If these turn out not to be compliant, give them up for 30 days, and then decide if you want to go back to taking them.

Based on what I found online, these look OK. But considering most of hte ingredients are juices and powders derived from once fresh fruits and veggies, you'd be better off actually eating those whole fresh fruits and veggies because the nutrients come bound to their micronutrient counterparts as well as fibre and flavour.  I personally would not buy or take this.  PS.  The carmine color is from crushed insects.  If that helps. ;)  ---------------> edited to add, this is actually not compliant due to the polydextrose which would be classified as a sweetener/sugar product.
