CindyBee Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 I understand the rule about "No Sugar or Sweeteners" with the exception being a little pure fruit juice, it's logical. Coconut sugar metabolizes slower in the system and since we are allowed coconut "everything else" I was wondering if it a small bit in a marinade would be acceptable.
