Lula1980 Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 Hi, I am hoping to start the Whole30 plan but am currently coming out of a Ulcerative Colitis flare up. I will of course be carrying on with my medication etc. I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on the plan and UC in general - anything would be hugely appreciated.
