Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for and you'll get links to past discussion threads. Zyriel Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 On the prep front, a lot of grocery stores sell veggies pre-cut in packages. What if you purchased those for cooking into your meals?
