Cindy84HD Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 A little background... I'm 31 and have PCOS. I've been on Seasonale birth control since I stopped breast feeding my son 3 years ago. I only have a light period once every 3 months. My last one was about a month ago and now I'm spotting. I've never had breakthru bleeding before and the only difference right now is that I'm on day 8 of Whole 30. Any ideas? experiences? Link to comment

MTNan Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 This happened to me, too. All my life my cycles have been about 35 days; less than two weeks into my first W30 I got my period after 18 days. They have since stabilized at 28-30 days, however. Link to comment
