Ingredients all look compliant, but not sure about lactic acid (not from milk). The rest of the ingredients are: organic beef, walnuts, dried cherries, lactic acid, salt, celery powder, fine black pepper, crushed habanero. Thanks for any input. Don't replace real food with this unless you really are in a pinch. Emergency food, as you said. If you're just going to the gym, bring some cooked chicken or other protein to replenish.
