reneeruecks
I'm on day 7. I've always been a horrible sleeper, but it's not getting better. Has this happened to anyone?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted November 2, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 2, 2015 Absolutely, quite common. I have always been a champion sleeper and in the first 14 days of my first Whole30 it was horrible! I was scared I'd ruined my awesome sleeping. But....it came back and settled. While you are doing this, especially in the beginning, your body is readjusting hormone and blood sugar levels and doing all sorts of things that can be sleep disruptive. Hang in there, it does get better. Couple good articles on how to improve sleep quality, these are things that everyone should be doing all the time: http://whole9life.com/2014/09/improve-your-sleep/ http://whole9life.com/2014/09/improve-sleep-quality/
