Soy Products and life after 30 days

Okay, I know I'm only at day 19 and only half way through the “It starts with food†book, so I don't really know what I do after my 30 days. But, I read something in the book yesterday that peaked my interest. I realize Soy isn't the best choice…but over the past year, I've come to love it as a snack. I gave it up for the whole30, and then when reading the book realized that I fit into the very specific population if benefits (premenopausal)…Am I going to be able to eat Soy nuts again (after my 30 days). And does the book…or this website, tell me what to do after 30 days?
