MTNan
Due to work and family schedules, I usually eat lunch around 11:15, dinner is not until 6:30-7:30. I find that I can make it the 7+ hour stretch if I add some extra protein and fat to my lunch. I am wondering if it would be better to do a mini meal when I get home, around 4, rather than waiting so long between meals? I sometimes get the afternoon slump around 4; would the addition of a mini meal at that time help with that? Probably so, maybe I just answered my own question, but I welcome any anyput! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 10, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 10, 2016 Try it and see what works best for you. For me, I'd probably do the minieal at 4, that way even if something happened to delay dinner, I'd probably still be okay.
