chefjustin85
Me and the wife are starting tomorrow. A little nervous as I'm a chef at a BBQ restaurant. The motivation is for me to do this is my wife who has MS. Hopefully this will help us both get going in the right direction to live a healthier life. praxisproject
You can totally do this! Also, as a chef, once you're familiar with the program you can probably create some new creations at work for some healthy menu options
chefjustin85
It's certainly in my plans to try to create some fun and creative dishes for us to eat.
praxisproject
While neither are chefs, I'm sure you will enjoy NomNomPaleo and Well Fed (Mel Joulwan) recipes

chefjustin85
I think it will make it easier that we are in it together. She has MS and there is a lot of research that grains, sugar, dairy, and all the things that we can't have on Whole30 can cause problems for MS. This is definitely a lifestyle change that we both need
