random muscle twitches

Ermmm soo. I keep getting random twitches in my hands and thighs where the muscle will randomly move/twitch. I'm eating starchy veg and I take a magnesium supplement. It's only started since I started the whole30?

Muscles need some things other than magnesium and with any change of diet you may need some balancing.

 

Sodium and potassium are another two. For a sodium boost I like Frank's Red Hot sauce (always read the label) and for potassium I like avocado or banana. Sodium may seem silly, but without processed food, some people are actually deficient.

 

Some other ones that can change muscle: B6, B12, Vitamin D (there are different forms of Vitamin D)
