praxisproject Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Muscles need some things other than magnesium and with any change of diet you may need some balancing. Sodium and potassium are another two. For a sodium boost I like Frank's Red Hot sauce (always read the label) and for potassium I like avocado or banana. Sodium may seem silly, but without processed food, some people are actually deficient.
