Nutrition Facts are a break-down of the macro and micro nutrients the food is made up of. Carbohydrates (sugar/fiber), Fat, Protein are the macro nutrients the food is composed of.

 

The Ingredients is what you want to look at. These are the foods that go into the container, they are the contents.

Coconut sap is sugar for the purposes of the Whole30 and thus, this product is not allowed.

 

Edit:  I see that this is a 'coconut amino' type product.  You want to find out from the manufacturer if this is fermented or not.  If it is, then the sugar will get eaten up in the fermentation process and it would be allowable. If it is not fermented, then it's a no go.
