dcmullets1 Posted March 12, 2016 Share Posted March 12, 2016 Hi Well I reintroduced gluten today. Two small pieces of bread and 1 cup wheat pasta with garlic and olive oil. About one hour later, itchy skin, sore throat, and random aches that show up and go throughout body. Obviously gluten issue here, no? Are these common symptoms of gluten sensitivity.
