starxlr8
Last time I did Whole30 I made zeggs a few times, which is a grated large zucchini (or two small) cooked with egg whites and a little coconut and almond flour. It has sort of an oatmeal consistency and you can cook with or top it with fruit for sweetness. I don't normally eat sweet items for breakfast, but I'm starting to tire of savory. This is technically compliant, but is something like this a "paleo treat" that isn't recommended?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 15, 2016 No this is not technically compliant. It is a paleo version of oatmeal or a pancake. They may be popular, but they are designed to keep you chained to your past. It sounds like your sugar dragon is acting up. Don't feed the dragon!
