It's really hot where I live today. I would love something frozen. Can we have yonanas? It's just frozen banana mashed up. Is this considered SWYPO?

Your intentions mean everything. If at this time you would usually dive into a small bowl of ice cream....than I would try to stay away from the frozen banana. If that is the case you are teaching yourself that every time it gets hot, you get a sweet treat. Which can turn into a nasty habit as summer roles around.

If not. If this a totally just its hot today kind of thing and a banana sounds good. Then I don't see anything wrong with it.

So only you can truly answer this question. A banana in and of itself is totally fine.

I would also add to Megans excellent points, how many bananas do you think go in to a portion? Like if it's 3, that is probably a sugar spike you do not want.
