I'm off Whole30 and want some Cereal? Is this possible?

Basically this is entirely and completely up to you.  We are not in your body and we are unable to tell you what you will tolerate and what you won't tolerate well.  Or what would be "worth it" for you.

 

A good cereal for you would be the one that doesn't give you issues.  For me this personally - this thing does not exist.

Do your Reintroduction! This is the only way for you to find out exactly how gluten or nongluten grains or other ingredients affect you! And this will help you make informed decisions about whether you want to a include cereal as a less-nutritious breakfast option in your diet, and how often.
