Breakfast idea for people with egg allergies?

Anything you can eat for any other meal, you can eat for your first meal of the day. Many people find it helpful to thing in terms of Meal 1, Meal 2, and Meal 3, rather than breakfast, lunch, and supper. Leftovers work well.

Google Whole30 no egg breakfasts for lots of past discussions -- here's one as an example.

Hey! I don't have an egg allergy, but I don't particularly like them. I eat hamburger patties for my breakfast, often cold, whatever leftover veggies I have lying around, and a pile of guac (it's my inner Texan coming out). Sometimes I'll add mayo for fat.

Maybe start thinking of it as meal 1 instead of breakfast?

If you want "breakfast food", try sausage! Get ground pork and then you can make all sorts of different kinds. Sage, spicy, standard breakfast (minus the sugar usually in this), etc. Corned beef hash is another of my favorites. Hamburger patties work pretty well too - enough like a sausage that it's not too weird, but also different to give you variety. Kippers, lox, cold cuts (compliant!), back bacon, so many choices!

The one protein I haven't enjoyed at breakfast is chicken. Just hasn't been right...
