Benjamin Shine
Here's what's for lunch at work today: fulton valley chicken coq au vin with ravenswood zinfandel, pearl onions, crimini mushroom, nante carrots and lots of thyme Can I eat that? I'm thinking about the wine in the sauce. The menu marks it as made without gluten. If not, there's a whole amazing salad bar downstairs with grass-fed beef and other awesomeness. Just to brag, though -- check out the menu at work all week: http://www.cafebonappetit.com/menu/your-cafe/twitter/cafes/details/403/twitter -benji http://www.twitter.com/bshine
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 8, 2012 I am so sorry. All the wine does not cook out, so the au vin is out.
