ghee and full fat coco milk in coffee, enough morning fat?

would this count as my morning fat with bfast? Or should I have more like avocado or something? This am I am having 3 eggs, sweet potato and broc, all cooked in duck fat and a coffee with full fat coconut milk and ghee blended in my nutribullet.  Do you think I need more fat?

If you were generous with the duck fat, and you've been generous also with the ghee & coconut milk you might be okay. Personally I don;t find coconut milk as satiating as coconut oil but you might be different.

In general solid fats - avocado, olives etc - tend to tide people over for longer.
