Detox from omega 6 inflammation

Hi, so I have issues with nut/seed butters(usually cashew, almond or sunflower seed).  I'm working on my food freedom but recently got carried away with apples and a jar of cashew butter.  I can tell my body's inflammed and I'm wondering how long it takes to recover when all other aspects of your diet are strict whole30 and have been for quite awhile(30+ days).  Detoxing from omega6 overdose shouldn't take as long, right?

It's really impossible to say - I mean everyone's tolerance levels are different, and everyone's body processes foods & inflammation at different rates. If I'd to hazard a guess I say around 2wks but it could take longer. My suggestion would be to try upping your omega 3 consumption in the meantime as the one balances the other out.
