LuckyDucky77
Did some label comparison and wondering if Blue Diamond Unsweetened plain and unsweetened vanilla are okay. When I compared to Califia farms, only difference was the added vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, D-Alpha-Tocopherol (natural vitamin E). Do these added vitamins make this non-compliant? I know in the book they talk about using specific vitamin brands. I can't get the unsweetened vanilla Califia farms at any of the stores near me and don't care for plain unsweetened (other than for using when cooking)
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 5, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2017 These ingredients are fine. As long as all the other ingredients are also compliant, this is fine to have.

Katie S.
Hi there - is Ripple Original Unsweetened Almond Milk compliant? I double checked the ingredients and believe it is, but wanted to confirm that calcium phosphate and potassium phosphate were okay. http://ripplefoods.com/original-unsweetened-plant-milk/

It is made from peas. So, no, it would not be compliant.
