Girly32 Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 I did my Whole30 to try to identify what's causing all my life-long migraines. Because eggs are such a popular trigger for migraines for many, I also eliminated them. How should I incorporate them back into the order when I'm done?
