Girly32 Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 I did my Whole30 to try to identify what's causing all my life-long migraines. Because eggs are such a popular trigger for migraines for many, I also eliminated them. How should I incorporate them back into the order when I'm done? At the very end, or before the biggies like dairy and gluten? Can I try to reintroduce them prior to day 30 since they are allowed? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jmcbn Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 I'd treat eggs like any other off plan food & reintroduce them at three meals in the one day - you can vary the cooking method obviously - although I'm guessing if they're problematic that you'll know very quickly after the first meal. Since you believe they MAY be problematic I'd hold off and do them towards the end so as not to delay any other reintroductions. Hope this helps & good luck!
