johnnalu Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Hello all! I am on day 8 of my 3rd Whole30. I work in a restaurant and as part of my job, I am a chef/menu consultant. We are doing a tasting today of new menu items. Should I skip the tasting even though I am a consultant? I know the fruits, veggies, and meats are all organic, but I'm not sure what else the chefs are adding. Arrgh! Please advise? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jmcbn Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 We've had quite a number of chefs, pastry chefs, bakers etc come through the doors here and they've all opted to taste & spit. Try searching Google for something like 'whole30 pastry chef' or 'wole30 baker' and also 'whole30 taste testing' and you should come up with a number of links to previous discussions on the matter.
