guestdvp Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 Hi all, I'm happy to say that I've been staying on track. But I still notice that I get a 3pm afternoon slump. I'm not starving...but my blood sugar gets a little low, i get tired and grouchy. I assume that the answer it going to be to reach for a little protein and fat...but I'm trying to work on the mental side of not snacking. You think this means I'm not putting enough fat and protein into lunch? I usually have a big green salad with chicken that fills me up. I normally eat lunch at noon and dinner not till 6.
