emilyfaylv
I dont have any dried mustard in the house. Would it be ok to use a curry powder? Or just leave it out completely?
Seafarer
Do you have any regular (compliant) mustard on hand?
ArtFossil
Regular mustard (yellow or Dijon) (compliant of course) is actually better as the mustard acts to help the egg and oil emulsify.
Stegner
I've used wasabi paste instead of Dijon - it's zippy and delicious, especially with lime rather than lemon juice. I wouldn't use curry powder myself, but if you try it and it's good, please let us know.
