klshelton494 Posted January 19, 2017 Share Posted January 19, 2017 I am an avid caffeine consumer, via starbucks refreshers and kickstarts, (i know, i know, they are terrible) and i'm about to start my first whole 30 in a couple of weeks. i don't drink coffee, so i'm a little nervous going into this. is there any other caffeine source that would be available? MrsPefy13 Posted January 19, 2017 Share Posted January 19, 2017 You could try black tea and see if that helps, but if you're using caffeine to prop up your energy levels or lessen your hunger you may want to consider eliminating caffeine during your whole30 to see how you feel without it.
