luvbnhealthy Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 Well, I have the book and I've been lurking on this site for about 3 weeks without committing to the actual program. I have slowly been making changes to my diet though I eat fairly clean - just needed to cut grains, dairy, and sugar from my diet...lol. I've been making slow inroads to all three, but have now decided to make the plunge. After starting some of the changes in the book over the last 3 weeks, I went out today, eating at Genghis Grill (brown rice), Starbucks (non fat milk), and DQ (small pumpkin blizzard). Now I am miserable. My stomach hurts, and I am not sure which food caused it. So...it is time. The hardest thing to give up will be sugar. Not because I eat a lot of it, but when I want it I eat it.
