Tracey
I'm starting the Whole 30 tomorrow, and I'm curious about Carrageenan. The lunch meat I usually eat, from Applegate Farms contains a small amount of Carrageenan. Is this a problem? (Applegate Farms lunch mean has NO antibiotics, nitrates, nitrites, gluten or casein.) Thank you!!

Min
Unfortunately, carrageenan is an ally of MSG.
